In July 2017, Labouring All Our Lives was fortunate to be granted a booth at Hillside Music Festival in Guelph. In this way, we were able to expand awareness of and interest in Guelph’s working class and labour history. Below are a few photos, courtesy of Diane W., recording the event. The material for the display was a combination of Museum and personal items.
We duplicated the event at Guelph’s Labour Day Picnic at Riverside Park on Labour Day in September.
Attending Labour Day and Hillside have become semi-regular traditions for Labouring All Our Lives, including 2024.
